Well, I'm finally getting around to writing some fan slash...as requested by similarly evil fans quite a while ago.

Just to be a tease...there's an extra character in the story....one we all know and love....whose first line is:

"Did anyone here order pizza?  Because I have an extra large sausage here for someone!"

Also included is strange an unnatural ideas never before hinted at in Metamor....a recipe for something you don't want to cook....and imagery so disturbing our beloved Uncle Lester will probably never finish reading...let alone podcasting...this story.

Anyone else writing slash?  If so...let's here about it!   ;-)

This is pretty specific and totally silly, but here goes:

In the promo for Balticon in MCP040, the female narrator mentions a couple of characters by name, one of which is "The Dark Goddess Scythe."

I was able to find the stories for the other characters she mentioned, but not for that one.  Anyone have a clue?

Well, i thought I'd intorduse myself, and say that i am enjoying the stories (tho I have some catching up to do). I'm a free form RP player from way back, and cant wait to get back into it, and this seems like a good setting to do it in.
In short, I'm ready to start role play, but i cant do it alone... anyone up for it? (No goddin' ^o'course)

What system would you use to run an RPG in the world of Metamor City, especially if you wanted to preserve the importance of relationships and underworld politics that we've seen in the stories so far?

There Ain't No Shuch Thing As a Free Lunch

As I alluded to somewhere recently, the price to value ratio of this addiction we all share is quite favorable. Time to talk about paying the piper. I am reasonable confident in saying that our illustrious Grand Master Storyteller does not want any money from us. What I suspect he would love, is for us to spread the word high and low.

How can we do that? I have a couple of ideas. Please share your thoughts on them and your ideas below.

1. If you are able, commit to looking less evil and more cool with a new Metamor City shirt.
2. Climb the tallest tree or building near you, cup your hands in front of your mouth, and spread the word.
3. Post comments on your favorite blogs about Metamor City.
4. Vote for Metamor City on the various podcasting aggregators. Someone want to post links to the big ones? My knowledge there is a bit deficient.
5. Help build TheCursed.org into a thriving fan community site by posting here often. Encouraging others to become members and participate would be a good idea as well. All are welcome here, no post to silly or short. Let neither rain nor sleet keep you from posting.
6. Share, share and share some more. Seeing a pattern here?
