ummmmmmmmmm ok question according to this esp was Abbey jail bait when Victor got her pregnant if thats the case
then why didn't the Psi Collective go after her wouldn't they go after victor cause it would be conceited rape
I'd like to point out, for the record, that Chris Lester can really be a cliffhangering bastard. :-D
Also, I don't know if he's used it before...but the term "PsyOp" isn't actually unique to the Metamor world. It's actually the "in-house" slang for Psychological Operations (at least, it is in the Army). Kinda threw me there, for a moment.
And how cool am I for naming the novel interregnum? Even cooler for using a word so big it called a halt to the feedback show. Bwa ha ha ha ha
Now if I could just get my stories done for the contest.....

Actually that would depend on the what the age of consent is in Metamor City/empire. If its 16 then there wasn't a danged thing the Collective could do LEGALLY about her leaving and shacking up with him however ill-advised they might have thought it. Obviously Miriam disliked the idea enough to investigate but as far as calling in law enforcement the Hive was stuck. Also the Hive tends not to like having outsiders nosing into their business.
